We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item is damaged or defective, please contact us on support@theteegallery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Conditions for return:
We can only offer refunds/exchanges on items that are defective.
The item must be unworn and unwashed, the item must be in the same condition it was received. Personalised items, such as customised t shirts are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
You can choose to receive a refund for the item, or exchange it for a different size or style if it’s damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
